Completed at the same time as a major renovation of the main house, this ADU was transformed from its former life as a dilapidated one-car garage and garden shed. Carefully ensuring that the original footprint was maintained, this ADU provides a flexible workspace that can easily become a generous one-bedroom with the help of large sliding panel room dividers and a murphy bed.
